LineEdge LLC ("LineEdge," "we," "us," or "our") operates the LineEdge mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

LineEdge is a sports odds comparison and information tool. We do not operate as a sportsbook, prediction market, or gambling platform. We do not accept wagers, process bets, or hold user funds.

Account credentials or login information (we do not have user accounts)

2.2 Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data to understand how the Service is used and to improve the user experience. This includes:

Page views and screen views: Which sections of the app are visited
Session data: Session duration, frequency of use, and bounce rate
Click events: Interactions with features such as outbound links to third-party sportsbooks and prediction markets
Device and browser information: Device type, operating system, browser type, and screen resolution
Referral source: How users arrived at the Service

This data is collected in aggregate and cannot be used to personally identify any individual user.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect the analytics data described above. These are first-party analytics cookies only. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies.

4. Third-Party Services and Outbound Links

The Service displays odds and market data sourced from third-party APIs, including but not limited to:

The Odds API (sportsbook odds aggregation)
Polymarket (prediction market data)
Kalshi (prediction market data)

The Service contains outbound links to third-party sportsbooks and prediction market platforms. When you click these links, you leave the LineEdge Service and are subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of those third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party websites or services.

We do not receive commissions, affiliate fees, or compensation from any sportsbook or prediction market platform at this time. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any user data with third parties.

Anonymous, aggregated analytics data is processed by Google Analytics pursuant to Google's privacy policy. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google or any other party.

6. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained in Google Analytics according to Google's standard data retention settings. Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to retain or delete.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 18. The Service displays sports betting odds and prediction market data, which are intended for adults of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.

8. Data Security

Although we do not collect personal data, we employ reasonable measures to protect the integrity of our Service and the analytics data we process. The Service is hosted on Netlify and served over HTTPS encryption.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete. You may disable cookies in your browser settings to opt out of Google Analytics tracking. You may also install the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
